Olympic champ Michael Phelps has a new girlfriend, Caroline “Caz”?Pal. Phelps has been dating Caz, a Las Vegas cocktail waitress for about 2 months now. They met after his record-setting performance in Beijing last summer. Caroline spent Thanksgiving in Baltimore with him and his family.

“She’s there [in Maryland] meeting his family for the first time,” a source close to Pal tells People magazine.

Caroline, 26,?a waitress at the Palms Casino Resort’s Moon Nightclub. Naturally Phelps is spending time in Vegas romancing his gal; He’s also working on his poker game. He’s hoping to participate in the 2009 World Series of Poker.

Another lucky girl, wasn’t Matt Damon’s wife, a cocktail waitress as well?
