She’s been steadily working on her new album for awhile now, and yesterday Ashley Tisdale was spotted heading back to a Santa Monica recording studio with her manager.

The “Suite Life of Zack and Cody” babe looked casual-yet-sexy in a white striped button-up boy shirt with a denim skirt and a pair of fringed out gladiator sandals.

And with the October 24 opening of “High School Musical: Senior Year” looming less than a month away, fans all over America are buying advance tickets and getting geared up for the big-screen event.

Meanwhile, Tizzie’s promotional duties for the sure-to-be-hit Disney film are expected to begin this Monday (September 29).
