Whenever there’s a high-profile Hollywood event, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are never far away.  And yesterday they were spotted hamming it up at the Pepsi 500:Running Wide Open party.

The peroxide pair made their way down the blue carpet at the Avalon Nightclub in Hollywood, California, stopping to pose for the paparazzi and do a little smooching.

Heidi looked retro-sexy in a black halter-style low-back jumpsuit as she carried her red velvet clutch, while Spencer rocked a black suit overtop a hoodie - probably not his best outfit ever.

Earlier in the day, the “Hills” hotties were spotted feeling melons and making out in the frozen foods section of their local Gelson’s Supermarket.
