The Christie Brinkley divorce trial kicked off today with estranged and soon to be ex-husband Peter Cook, taking the stand. Christie’s lawyer broke Peter down to sobbing when he drilled into the details of Peter’s scandalous doings. Peter was forced to reportedly admit the following while being married:

• He conducted an affair with his teenage mistress, Diana Bianchi, (17 or 18 when the affair began), in his own office and at homes in the Hamptons owned by Brinkley
• He paid her $300,000 to keep their affair quiet
• He admitted to spending $3,000 a month on internet porn
• He confessed to getting naked and “man handling himself in front of a web cam
• He posted pictures of himself on swingers websites looking for chicks to hookup

Christie’s lawyer told the court she paid for everything while they were married. They aren’t fighting over cash though. They are fighting over custody of their daughter Sailor and their son Jack. Jack is Christie’s son from Richard Taubman, but Peter adopted him.

Peter’s dumbfounded lawyer told the court:

“For goodness sake: She’s on her fourth husband. Your honor, we’re here because of the self-indulgent wrath of a woman scorned.“

He also blasted Christie for wanting the trial to be made public,

“What kind of a mother wants her husband flogged in public?” Sounds like Peter has been doing his own public “flogging” already.
