Hulk Hogan’s, son Nick Bollea, is due in court tomorrow and according to law enforcement sources he will not? fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, resulting from his horrific car crash last year. Hogan was speeding and had been consuming alcohol, which is illegal on top of the fact he was not of legal drinking age.
Nick is expected to plead either guilty or no contest, even though sources say no deal has been struck with prosecutors.
The maximum penalty is five years in prison based on the discretion of the judge.? The victim John Graziano and his family will have an opportunity to testify at a sentencing hearing on how the crime has affected their lives.
There is still a separate civil lawsuit that cites three counts of negligence against Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogan), one against Linda Bollea (Nick’s mother), one against Nick Bollea, and a final count against Daniel Jacobs, the driver of the Dodge Viper that Nick was street racing against. The crash left Graziano, 22, in a permanent vegetative state.? Graziano’s family says he will require medical care for the rest of his life.
