As my regular readers know, I’ve been keeping track of Nicky Hilton’s extreme weight loss on this site for a while now. Well, it seems she has now hit new lows of skinniness… the girl is so thin now that she looks like a different person!

If she goes any lower, she’ll be emaciated! I can’t help but wonder why the tabloids aren’t gonig crazy over her right now. (You all know how they are with celebrities who lose too much weight…)
