frank roesslerEver since he joined The Real World: Las Vegas, Frank Roessler has found the world of reality TV very hard to resist especially when hookups are involved.  After participating in the 12th season of MTV’s The Real World, he resurfaced the canvass in the 2007 six-episode spin-off miniseries called Reunited: The Real World Las Vegas, which featured former cast members as they live in the same Palms Hotel and Casino suite they filmed the original series in, five years after the 2002 season wrapped up.  Now, Roessler returns on The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet III, which already premiered on January 23.

The 15th season of the reality television competition series, Real World/Road Rules Challenge, takes place in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and is formatted like The Gauntlet II.  It features Veterans, who have been on at least two prior seasons, versus Rookies, who have been on fewer than two seasons prior to The Gauntlet III.

In the first episode of the season, hookups have already become very apparent.  After the tug-of-war competition that was supposed to determine the sleeping arrangements of the cast, Brooke LaBarbera (The Real World: Denever), who is now a lesbian, started making out with Evelyn (Fresh Meat), which inspired other people to pair up as well.  Tyler Duckworth (The Real World: Key West) and Ryan Kehoe (Fresh Meat) got together, Johnny Devenanzio (The Real World: Key West) and Casey Cooper (Fresh Meat) paired off, while Roessler and Jillian Zoboroski (Road Rules: X-Treme) hit it off as well.

“I’m in a relationship,” Roessler revealed to Realityreel.com.  “I met Jillian on the challenge and we hit it off right away.  I think she’s such a funny cute girl!  And for some reason she likes me.”

“Everyone worth mentioning hooks up on Gauntlet III.  What can you expect when you throw us all in a house in Mexico and feed us with alcohol for 35 days without any form of entertainment?  The Gauntlet was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done.  I love a competitive outlet and it feels really good to defeat another guys in a physical competition,” he added.
