Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day: Paris Hilton (Halloween)

Paris Hilton vowed upon leaving prison to help save the world and be a better person. She does her best as a naive Alice in Wonderland (kind of appropriate) Halloween costume. Granted the outfit is a bit sexy (in a stripper kind of way) but bad enough to make Paris our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day‘.
